The hotel sits on a quiet street in the business district, a short walk from Tsukiji Shijo Station (1 minute) and Higashi Ginza Station (5 minutes), giving direct subway access across Tokyo. The main Ginza shopping area, Tsukiji Outer Market, and Hama-rikyu Gardens are all reachable on foot within 10-15 minutes. Haneda Airport is about 20 km away and reachable by direct train from Higashi Ginza Station in roughly 40 minutes by taxi or around 50 minutes by train. Several convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven) and affordable restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The area is safe and quiet at night, suitable for solo travellers.

Five room types are available: Deluxe Twin, Small Double, Standard Twin, Twin, and Double. All units include a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Furnishings feature air conditioning, an electric kettle, a TV, a refrigerator, carpeted floors, and a work desk. Twin beds measure 90x190cm (Small Double bed is the same width). The rooms are notably compact - double rooms may feel tight with luggage, and the bathroom can be very small, best suited for single occupancy or short stays. Some rooms have limited natural light due to proximity to neighbouring buildings. Sound insulation between rooms and the corridor is minimal; light sleepers may want earplugs. Daily housekeeping refreshes towels and removes rubbish; deeper cleaning occurs every 4 days.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. Guests can enjoy complimentary Costa coffee (hot and iced, multiple varieties) from the machine in the lobby lounge. A vending machine in the lobby sells drinks and snacks. For meals, the surrounding area has numerous dining options - casual eateries and convenience stores are within a 2-minute walk, and Ginza's restaurant district is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby confirmed restaurants include Gyuan (0.5 km), Sushizanmai Tsukijiekimae-ten (0.5 km), Ginza Ukai-Tei (0.5 km), and IPPUDO Ginza (0.5 km).

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available from 09:00 prior to check-in and after check-out (pick-up by midnight).
