Ten To Go Hostel is situated in a safe, well-connected neighbourhood within 300 metres of Barcelona Sants Station. From the station, the R2 Nord train reaches the airport in 20 minutes, and metro lines L3 and L5 connect easily to the city centre-about a 30-minute walk or quick metro ride to La Pedrera and other landmarks. The immediate area offers numerous restaurants, including Asian and Spanish options, within a few minutes' walk, along with supermarkets and local shops. Night buses operate after midnight for late returns. The central tourist zone is best reached by public transport rather than on foot.

All rooms contain extra-large bunk beds with individual privacy curtains, a reading light, and a small shelf. Under-bed storage drawers are available but require your own padlock. Shared bathrooms with showers are located on each floor; a women-only shower room is also provided. The dormitories feature air conditioning, heating, and soundproofing, but the 14-bed rooms are arranged with two sections connected, meaning up to 28 people share the same bathroom facilities. Beds are comfortable with firm mattresses, though some may find them hard. Noise from bed movement and snoring can occur, but the strict 24-hour silence policy in the sleeping areas helps minimise disruption. Earplugs are freely available at reception.

The property does not have a restaurant or offer a breakfast service. Instead, guests have free access to an automatic coffee machine serving espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tea, as well as chilled juice, all available around the clock. Complimentary cookies are also provided. For other meals, the shared kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave, and cookware, allowing self-catering. There are at least eight restaurants within a 300-metre radius offering Spanish, Japanese, and other cuisines, providing plenty of dining options nearby.
