Plaça Espanya Metro Station (serving lines L1 and L3) is 140 metres away, while the Aerobús airport shuttle stops 200 metres from the hotel, taking around 30 minutes to reach El Prat Airport for €5.90. Regional trains and the Tourist Bus (Red Route) are also a short walk from the hotel. The Barcelona Fira and Convention Centre is 250 metres away, making the location ideal for conference visitors. The Magic Fountains of Montjuïc are a 5-minute walk, and the Montjuïc hill, with its museums and the Olympic Stadium, is easily reached on foot or via the nearby funicular. While the Gran Via location provides excellent access to the airport and city centre, the road can be busy, so rooms facing the street may experience traffic noise.

Room types include the B_Room, the B_Superior, and the B_Corner. B_Rooms feature a king-size bed, natural light, Smart TV, minibar, electric kettle with tea and coffee, safe, and a full private bathroom with hairdryer and designer toiletries. B_Superior rooms (28 m2) are located on the upper floors and offer city views or a peaceful outlook over the inner bamboo patio.
