Hotel Soho is situated at 543 Gran Via, placing major attractions within walking distance: Passeig de Gracia (10 min), the Gothic Quarter (15 min), and Gaudí landmarks like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló (15-20 min). For airport access, the Aerobus stops at Gran Via-Urgell 300 metres away, and Urgell Metro Station (L1) is 70 metres from the door. Multiple bus lines (24, 37, 41, 50, etc.) and night bus N12 serve the area. The neighbourhood is loaded with restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it easy to explore without transport. Public parking is available nearby for 28 € per day.

The Double Superior with Terrace (7th floor, 29 m²) offers a private balcony with panoramic Barcelona views and a large seating area. Superior Doubles (25 m²) are corner rooms facing Gran Via or an interior park. Standard Doubles are available as exterior (21 m²) or interior (20 m², very quiet). All rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, electric kettle, hairdryer, pillow menu, and safety deposit box. Some double beds are two singles pushed together. Street-facing rooms may be affected by traffic noise even with soundproofed windows, so light sleepers should choose an interior courtyard room. The lighting system (SOFT/HOT) can be complex; staff can explain controls on arrival. Bathrooms have glass walls with internal blinds for privacy, but shower water may escape the sealed area - using a towel as a barrier helps manage spills.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the breakfast area (weather permitting on the terrace) and includes continental items, pastries, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, and hot drinks. There is no restaurant or bar on site, so lunch and dinner must be found off-property. The surrounding Eixample neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options within a short walk, from casual cafés to full-service restaurants.

The 8th-floor terrace features an outdoor swimming pool (open 9:00 to 19:00/21:00 seasonally, closed December to March) and a solarium with sun loungers. The pool is not heated and has a shallow end, making it ideal for cooling off. Towels are provided. The terrace is open year-round but the pool is restricted in winter. Walking tours can be arranged at an additional cost. There is no spa or gym on the property.

The hotel offers free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas. A media centre in the basement provides free computers, large work tables, and is open 24 hours. Business services include a free business centre and fax/photocopying for a fee. Daily housekeeping is included; dry cleaning and ironing service are available for a charge. Luggage storage is free before check-in or after check-out. Safety deposit boxes are free.
