The nearest tram stop is a 2-minute walk, and a bus stop is directly outside, providing direct connections to the city centre (about 10 minutes on foot or a short ride). Akershus Fortress is 2 km away, Frogner Park 2 km and Vigeland Sculpture Park 2 km. Oslo Central Station is 5 km away and Sognsvann Lake 8 km. The area is quiet, safe and well-supplied with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars, making it a practical base for both sightseeing and self-catering.

Several apartment configurations are available, typically comprising one separate bedroom with one bed (or three bedrooms for larger groups), a living room with a sofa, parquet floors and a dining area.
