Hotel Details

Location

A 4-minute walk from Torviscas Beach and the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops, yet set on a quiet street.
Torviscas Beach is just 4 minutes on foot, with La Pinta Beach and Playa del Duque also within easy walking distance. Aqualand (1 km) and Siam Park (2 km) are a short cab or bus ride away. Tenerife South Airport is 19 km away (about a 20-minute drive). Numerous pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets are within 0.5 km of the house, making it easy to grab essentials or eat out. Despite being so close to the action, the street itself is peaceful and residential.

Accommodation

Shared guesthouse with quadruple rooms, a shared bathroom, and a homelike, clean atmosphere.
Rooms are quadruple-size with options of 3 single beds or 2 single beds. Each room has a tea and coffee maker, a dining area, a wardrobe, and a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the shared bathroom. The property has a relaxed, home-like feel and is kept spotlessly clean. The shared spaces are designed for socialising, and solo travellers find it easy to meet others. Saturday nights can be noisier due to nearby nightclubs, but the house is generally quiet.

Dining

No on-site restaurant, but a full shared kitchen lets you cook your own meals.
The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, utensils, and a washing machine. There is also a dining table. Free coffee and tea are available. Because the location is right on the main strip, dozens of bars, pubs, and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, offering everything from cheap eats to Irish pubs and international cuisine.

Leisure

Shared outdoor pool with a view, a spacious terrace with sun loungers, and a patio with outdoor dining.
The pool is a genuine highlight - it is clean, well-maintained, and often uncrowded, giving a relaxed, almost private feel. Around it are comfortable chairs, a shaded terrace area, and outdoor dining furniture. The garden and terrace are perfect for sunbathing, reading, or socialising. For beach lovers, Torviscas Beach is a 4-minute walk, and Playa La Pinta is also very close. Siam Park and Aqualand are both within 2 km for water park fun.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi throughout, fully equipped shared kitchen, shared bathroom, and luggage storage available.
Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. The shared kitchen is complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Shared bathroom facilities include a shower with body products and a hairdryer. The host team is attentive and can assist with late check-ins, local advice, and recommendations. Luggage storage is available before check-in. The property is non-smoking throughout and pets are not allowed.
