The complex is located in a calm residential area without the noise of large hotel strips, yet beaches are within a short walk. Tenerife South Airport is 25 km away (about 25 minutes by car) and Aqualand is 9 km, Siam Park 12 km, and Los Gigantes 23 km. A bus stop on the 471 route is a 5-minute walk, providing connections to Costa Adeje, Las Américas, and Los Cristianos. Having a car is the most practical way to explore the island, and every apartment comes with a free dedicated parking spot in the secure underground garage. Local convenience stores and supermarkets are also within easy reach on foot.

Two apartment types are available: duplex apartments with sea views have two bathrooms and two floors (stairs required) and sleep up to 6 with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed; ground-floor apartments without sea views are single-floor units with one bathroom and sleep up to 5. All apartments include a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with smart features (for streaming services). Air conditioning is limited to the living room; bedrooms have fans. Each unit features a spacious private terrace or balcony, outdoor furniture, and sea or pool views for the duplex units. The property is consistently noted for its cleanliness, comfort, and spacious feel.

The complex's own bar and restaurant, Chiringuito Adeje Paradise, operates around the main pool area and serves a varied menu of European dishes, including snacks, meals, and drinks. It is open approximately from midday until 9-10 pm, making it convenient for lunch, early dinner, and evening drinks at the pool bar. The food is noted for its quality and reasonable prices. For self-catering, each apartment has a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all cookware and utensils. Several well-rated restaurants are within a 5-to-10-minute walk, including La Fuente, Tentation, Capolavoro, and others. A small convenience store and a supermarket are also nearby for groceries.

The complex features several swimming pools set within well-maintained gardens. The largest pool is heated from approximately October to May each year, with the temperature raised 4-5 degrees above ambient - comfortable for cooler months. All pools have a shallow end and a fence around them for family safety. Sun loungers and umbrellas are freely available, and there is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks. The heated pool is especially popular for early and late-season stays. There is no gym or organised entertainment on site; the atmosphere is quiet and family-oriented. The surrounding area offers scuba diving, and the beach is only 8 minutes away.

All guests receive one free private parking space in a secure underground garage, with no reservation needed. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The property is fully fenced and has 24-hour security with CCTV, providing a safe environment. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
