The apartments occupy a prime position in the Eixample district, 400 metres from Passeig de Gràcia with its iconic Gaudí buildings. You can walk to the Sagrada Familia and the Monumental Bullring in 15 minutes, and Plaza Catalunya is ten minutes away. Girona Metro Station is a three-minute walk, providing four stops to Barceloneta. Passeig de Gràcia train and metro station is five minutes away, connecting directly to Barcelona El Prat Airport and Girona. The Nord bus station is 15 minutes on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and safe at night, with numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. Parking is available at nearby garages.

The apartments are spacious and modern, with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 full bathrooms. Each unit features a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Air conditioning is in every bedroom, and all rooms are non-smoking. Some apartments include a private balcony or an expansive terrace with views of the Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo Mountain; only penthouse apartments have terraces. Bed arrangements include double and single beds, and cots are available on request. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and offer ample storage. Noise from the road or metro line is occasionally perceptible but rarely disruptive.

The apartments do not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each unit has a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, ideal for preparing meals. A cleaning pack with washing-up liquid and kitchen basics is provided. Several supermarkets - Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl - and the fresh-food market Mercat de la Concepció are within a minute's walk, making self-catering easy. The Eixample neighbourhood offers a wide range of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés within a few blocks, including Asian, vegetarian, and burger options. Many apartments also feature a coffee machine.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartments. The front desk operates from 09:00 to 18:00 daily and provides concierge service, tour desk, and taxi bookings. Luggage storage is available free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, using secure lockers at reception. A lift serves all floors. The apartments are accessible but not adapted for wheelchair users. There is a safe, iron and ironing board, and trouser press in each unit. Cleaning is not included except for a free mid-stay clean on stays of six nights or more; extra cleaning costs €40-€50. Access is via a digital app or door code - no physical key is required.
