Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal is 2 km away, and the Kabukicho Tower (airport limousine bus stop) is within walking distance. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is 2 km, Meiji Jingu Shrine 3 km, and Meiji Jingu Stadium 3 km. The area is rich with Korean restaurants, convenience stores, and Don Quijote nearby. The nearest airport, Tokyo Haneda, is 17 km - accessible via Keikyu line to Shinagawa then the Yamanote line to Shin-Okubo, or by limousine bus from Kabukicho Tower. The surrounding streets can feel lively at night due to close proximity to Kabukicho's adult entertainment district, so solo travellers may prefer well-lit routes.

The hotel offers single and double occupancy dormitory-style capsules, as well as private rooms with two capsule beds. All capsules come with a shared bathroom, a seating area, a wardrobe, and a private terrace or balcony in some units. Each capsule features a curtain for privacy, internal lighting with adjustable brightness, power sockets, USB ports, an alarm clock, and mirror. Heating and air conditioning are available. Lockers are located near each capsule - these are suitable for small to medium luggage only, with larger suitcases stored in a common walkway.
