The A0 exit, equipped with a lift, is across the road for easy street-level access. Sensō-ji Temple, the Sumida River promenade, and the shops of Asakusa are within a 15-minute walk, and Akihabara and Ueno are a short metro ride away. Multiple convenience stores, inexpensive restaurants, and a McDonald's are within a 3-minute walk. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet the area is well-served for dining and daily needs. Parking is available on-site but is limited and cannot be reserved.

Rooms are small but efficiently laid out, typical of Japanese business hotels. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and free toiletries, plus a flat-screen TV, work desk, electric kettle, refrigerator, and safe. The double beds are 150 cm wide. The mattresses are noticeably hard, which some find uncomfortable for extended stays. Luggage may need to be stored under the bed to free floor space. Non-smoking rooms are available but must be requested; smoking-floor rooms can retain a strong tobacco odour. Room cleaning is provided once every 4 nights, with daily towel exchange and rubbish collection if requested. Some rooms offer a view of the Skytree. An elevator serves all floors, but the single lift can be busy during peak hours.

The area around the hotel has numerous restaurants, including ramen, sushi, and a McDonald's, all within a short walk for other meal options.

The Sumida River promenade is a 5-minute walk away and provides a pleasant running or walking route, and Asakusa's many cultural attractions are within walking distance. The lobby has coin-operated washing and drying machines. For relaxation, guests often visit nearby cafés or explore the quiet, historic neighbourhood of Kuramae.
