The hostel is a 15-minute drive from Bugis MRT Station and about 30 minutes by car from Changi International Airport. Public transport via the nearby MRT station is efficient for reaching the city centre and other attractions. Little India's restaurants, shops and cultural sites are within easy walking distance, and multiple dining options - including several halal-friendly choices - lie within 0.5 km. The area is well-served for food and transit on foot.

The accommodation consists exclusively of mixed dormitory rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Rooms are fitted with tiled flooring and include a fan and air conditioning. Each bunk bed or pod has its own locker, a personal mirror, multiple lighting levels, adjustable airflow, and a curtain that can be locked from inside. Some pods include a balcony. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, with pods kept in new condition and bedding changed regularly. Family rooms are available, accommodating up to 4 persons, and larger dorms can hold up to 10. There is no option for a private room or private bathroom. A space pod design offers more comfort and privacy than traditional hostel bunks.

There is no restaurant on site. A vending machine for drinks is available at the front desk, and a shared kitchen is accessible. Free coffee and tea are provided around the clock. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including Fo You Yuan Vegetarian Restaurant (0.5 km) and Original Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee (0.5 km).

Wellness facilities are limited to the common areas: a lounge area with seating, board games, a movie room, and outdoor furniture. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The hostel provides a relaxed, budget-friendly stay rather than extensive leisure amenities.
