The train station is 5 minutes on foot, providing direct rail access across the city and to Florence Airport via tram. The Arno river and Ponte Vecchio are a short stroll away. The immediate surroundings offer a supermarket, several cafés, pizzerias, and restaurants. Finding the entrance may require attention, as there is only a small nameplate on the building. The area can be noisy at night, particularly on streets with bars or pubs.

No breakfast service is provided. A snack bar offers light refreshments. Guests can find a wide variety of restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, and a supermarket within 300 metres of the hotel, covering Italian, Asian, and Indian cuisines.
