The apartment sits on a quiet street in the Monti district, with the Colosseum visible from the entrance. The Colosseo Metro stop is 500 metres away, and Roma Termini station is a 10-15 minute walk. The Roman Forum is a 10-minute stroll, and within 300 metres you will find cafés, restaurants, a gelateria, and a minimarket. For airport connections, Ciampino is 14 km away and the host can arrange a paid shuttle. The flat ground-floor access and zero-step entry make it easy to come and go, and luggage storage across the road (approx. €4 for 6 hours) is practical for late departures.

The apartment has a private entrance and consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV and dining table, a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, and all necessary cookware, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The space is soundproofed and tiled throughout, with air conditioning, heating, and allergy-free materials. A terrace with garden views and outdoor furniture is accessible. The bed is a large memory-foam type - pillows and linens are provided. For guests working remotely, there is a desk in the living area. The apartment feels lived-in by the owners and is well maintained, with a modern, coordinated decor.

On-site dining is limited to a welcome bottle of wine and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee filter, and all essential cookware and utensils. Within 300 metres you will find La Carbonara (traditional Roman), Maharajah (Indian), Arte del Caffe, and Il Gelatone gelato. Many excellent eateries sit directly on the doorstep, offering everything from classic Roman dishes to international options. The host is happy to recommend local spots off the tourist trail. For groceries, a supermarket is around the corner, and a minimarket is on the same street.

Wellness and leisure facilities are limited to the on-site garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. For activities, the host can book bike hire, walking tours, cooking classes, pub crawls, and cultural tours (all at an additional charge). Cycling is possible off-site. The apartment's location puts it within a short walk of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and other historic landmarks, so guests typically spend most of their time exploring Rome rather than using on-site leisure amenities.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported as excellent. Check-in is from 15:00 to 01:00 with express and VIP options; the host lives nearby and will meet you at the apartment. Private check-in/out and an ATM on site are available. Luggage can be stored at a shop across the road for about €4 for 6 hours. The apartment is on the ground floor with no steps, providing easy access. Housekeeping is not daily, but the apartment is clean on arrival.
