For a scenic route to the O2 Arena, catch the Thames Clippers Uber Boat from Canary Wharf pier, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. From Heathrow, take the Underground to central London and connect to the DLR at Bank or Tower Hill.

All bedrooms have double glazing, but road-facing rooms (especially those near the A1203 and DLR line) experience significant noise from traffic and trains. Garden-view rooms are quieter and more tranquil. Standard king rooms are compact; superior king rooms may also feel small. Apartments (2-bedroom) feature a living room, a kitchen with refrigerator and cookware, and a separate bathroom. Family rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, accessible by stairs or lift. Rooms have heating but not all have air conditioning. Some standard rooms lack carpets and have an institutional feel. No rooms have balconies or televisions.

Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room: 7am-10am Monday to Friday, 8am-10am on weekends. The buffet includes hard-boiled eggs, porridge, yoghurt, toast, and pastries. The on-site Yurt Cafe (open 8am-6pm weekdays, 10am-5pm weekends) offers daytime food, coffee, and evening pizzas in a relaxed, boho setting. There is no room service. Evening meals are available only if pre-booked.

The walled garden provides a quiet outdoor space with seating and croquet. The chapel is open for visitors. The Yurt Cafe, set in the grounds, serves daytime food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym. The garden-facing rooms and public lounges with a real fire in winter contribute to a peaceful retreat-like feel.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. On-site parking costs £20 per day, with accessible spots; no reservation is possible, but you can park on arrival and departure days. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out. A basic laundry service is available for a fee (approximately £8 per load). Meeting/banquet facilities and fax/photocopying are available at additional cost. No pets allowed (except service animals).
