The hotel is located on Merantun Way in the Wimbledon South area, just off the A24. Colliers Wood tube station (Northern Line) is a 5-10 minute walk, offering direct trains to central London (about 20 minutes to Leicester Square or the South Bank) and a change at Stockwell for Victoria. Wimbledon town centre is a short bus or drive away, and the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis Club are around 15 minutes by car. The area around the hotel has a large M&S Foodhall, Sainsbury's, a retail park with shops, and several fast-food outlets including KFC, Nando's, and McDonald's. On-street free public parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved, and spaces can be tight. Direct buses to Wimbledon village run from just outside the hotel.

Rooms come with the signature Premier Inn Hypnos bed, known for comfort, along with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Premier Plus rooms offer additional space, two armchairs, a coffee machine, a rain shower, and upgraded fixtures; they are often located on higher floors and tend to be quieter. Standard rooms are described as functional and clean but can feel dated - some have worn carpets, laminate flooring issues, or tired decor. Air conditioning is present in all rooms, but the units in certain rooms (especially on upper floors) have been reported as underpowered during hot weather, noisy, or not cooling effectively. Windows can be opened for ventilation. Some rooms on lower floors may experience noise from the below-ground gym in the early morning (from around 6:00) and from corridors above. Road-facing rooms overlook Merantun Way and may have some traffic noise. Family rooms with one double and one single bed or a sofa bed are available. Twin rooms are available but must be set up in advance at time of check-in if not already prepared. Bathrooms are private with a shower (no bath in Premier Plus rooms). Hairdryers are provided. Multiple takeaways, restaurants, and a pub (William Morris, a 3-minute walk) are within very short walking distance for alternative dining.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre for guest use. A David Lloyd gym occupies part of the building but is not part of the hotel's facilities. This gym generates early-morning noise (from around 6:00) that can be heard in certain rooms directly above the gym area - light sleepers may want to request a room not situated above the gym.
