The neighborhood feels safe and is walkable to the nightlife, but the immediate area is quiet enough that noise from the strip does not carry.

Each unit is a one-bedroom apartment with a door separating the bedroom from the living area. The bedroom contains a King bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa accommodates additional sleeping. The full kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower (some units have a shower/tub combo). Air conditioning and heating are standard. A washing machine and dryer are in each unit. The property does not have rooms with a balcony, nor does it feature two-bedroom or elevator-serviced units. Some suites have a terrace and patio area. The building is three stories with stairs. Modern-style furnishings and wood-slat window covers are used throughout.

The property does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen - stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cookware - making it easy to prepare meals. The surrounding area offers a wide choice of dining within three blocks, including Martin's BBQ, Barlines, Kitchen Notes, Black Dynasty Secret Ramen House, Etch Restaurant, Bob's Steak & Chop House, and nearby Starbucks for coffee and light bites.
