For downtown Nashville (14 km away / 15-minute drive), no free shuttle exists; use Uber, Lyft, taxi, or ask the front desk about the third-party shuttle service. Route 34 public bus stops across the road for a budget option. The immediate area has several restaurants, shops, a McDonald's, and country-music bars within walking distance.

All rooms include air conditioning, carpeted floors, a seating area, and a work desk. Bathrooms are compact but functional, with toiletries and a hairdryer. The hotel offers two room categories: traditional rooms with exterior entrances (facing the parking lot and road) and interior atrium rooms with a view overlooking the pool area. Exterior rooms are ground-level and convenient but can be noisier from the road and parking lot; interior rooms are quieter and preferred for light sleepers. Atrium rooms may be requested as a paid upgrade ($25/night) at check-in. King and double-bed configurations are available; some double rooms sleep two people per bed. No rooms have balconies. Adjoining rooms can be requested but are not guaranteed. Housekeeping is attentive and rooms are kept very clean.

The Opry Backstage Grill serves American fare for lunch and dinner, and receives consistent praise for the food quality and live entertainment. The Atrium Cafe offers breakfast items and coffee drinks, plus a grab-and-go breakfast option for early risers. In-room breakfast is not available (no room service), but you can take food from the cafe back to your room. For other meals, the immediate area has many chain and local restaurants (Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Mimi's Ice Cream, and others) within a 5-minute walk. The front desk can also arrange paid dining options at the adjacent Gaylord Opryland Resort.

The indoor pool and hot tub are located in the central atrium and are available daily; operating hours can be confirmed at the front desk. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, though it can become busy. The fitness centre is also complimentary and includes standard cardio equipment. There is no spa or wellness centre on the property. For additional recreation, the hotel can arrange access to SoundWaves water park at Gaylord Opryland (tickets must match your stay dates and should be booked early).

Free public parking is available on site without reservation. The hotel offers a free shuttle to area attractions and a paid airport shuttle (request from the front desk).
