This is one of the most central spots in Glasgow. Buchanan Street and Argyle Street shopping are minutes away, and the city's best restaurants, bars, theatres, and galleries are right on the doorstep. Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations are both a short walk, giving direct rail connections across Scotland and to the airport via the Glasgow Airport Express bus stop nearby. The NCP Glassford Street car park is diagonally across the road for drivers. Note that the building sits next to a homeless shelter, which can mean queues outside in the evening; the area itself is busy and well-lit. The street can be noisy late at night from nearby nightclubs - bedrooms are at the rear of the building and are quieter.

All apartments feature an open-plan lounge/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer). Beds can be configured as doubles or twins on request. Most apartments have a bathtub and a separate shower, and two-bedroom units include both a main bathroom and an en-suite. The penthouse apartments have striking city views and a private outdoor terrace. All apartments have a small balcony off the main bedroom. The decor is modern but can feel tired in some units - furnishings and finishes vary. The lounge sofas are basic and some blinds provide limited privacy. There is lift access to all floors. Weekly housekeeping is standard, with more frequent service available by request.

A basic cold breakfast is available for £9 per person, delivered the night before arrival and topped up daily. It typically includes a croissant, cereal bar, muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice, and milk. There is no restaurant, bar, or room service on site. The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering straightforward - an M&S food hall is a 2-minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants (Paesano, Bacchus, The Corinthian Club, etc.) line the surrounding streets. For those on long stays, groceries can be ordered online and delivered to the reception for placement in your apartment.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The location in Merchant City provides immediate access to Glasgow's cultural and leisure scene - theatres, art galleries, boutique shopping, and nightlife are all within a short walk. Glasgow Green, the city's oldest park, is a 10-minute stroll away for outdoor relaxation.

WiFi is free and available in all rooms. Reception is open Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00; outside these hours, entry uses a digital code. Luggage storage is available when reception is open, but there is no after-hours luggage room. Parking is not on site: the NCP Glassford Street car park opposite offers a discounted rate (£7.95 for 12 hours or £14.95 for 24 hours via the app, or paper discount cards). The lift has two elevators; one may occasionally be out of service. Pets are allowed - a £20 fee for the first night, £10 per additional night (maximum £50). Cots and highchairs are provided free of charge. Housekeeping is weekly; extra cleaning or towel changes can be requested. Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available.
