Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 35 km drive. For getting around, the Skytrain is the most practical option; taxis and ride-sharing services like Grab are also available.

Private rooms range from standard doubles to options with a private bathroom or a balcony. Some private rooms have a desk and are compact; mattresses in the private rooms can vary in quality, with dormitory beds often reported as more comfortable. The 6-bed female dormitory has a shared bathroom. Dorm beds come with curtains, a personal light, a power socket, and a locker.
