The hotel is located 25 km from Don Mueang International Airport and within walking distance of major sights: the Grand Palace is 3 km, Wat Pho 4 km, and Chinatown is easily reached by short taxi ride. A 7-Eleven is directly across the street, and numerous local cafés and restaurants (including True Coffee, Kitty Cat Cafe, and Lamphu Tree Breakfast Buffet) are within a 5-minute walk. The area is generally safe and clean, though the immediate street can feel a little rough around the edges. Public transport access is convenient but not immediate - the nearest MRT and BTS stations are a bit distant, so walking or taking a short taxi ride is the most practical way to get around. Taxis are cheap and readily available, and the hotel can arrange shuttle services for an extra charge.

Rooms come as double, twin, triple, and family configurations, all featuring a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea and coffee maker, safe deposit box, and tiled floor. The Deluxe double has a king-sized bed. Family rooms sleep up to four and can accommodate a baby crib free of charge, but cannot fit an extra bed. Space is limited: many travellers find standard rooms quite small, with little room for suitcases. Air conditioning units are effective but can be noisy and are often positioned directly above the bed, which may cause discomfort for some. Windows are small and do not open, which can make rooms feel stuffy. The hotel has an adjoining-door design between some rooms; soundproofing is poor, so noise from neighbours and the corridor carries easily. Rooms with street views are quieter than those facing internal corridors. No room has a balcony. Towels and bedding are clean but may show signs of wear. A quiet room away from the lift and housekeeping areas is recommended for light sleepers.

The breakfast buffet includes a variety of local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, cereal, eggs, ham, rice porridge, and juice. The selection generally receives positive feedback for its value and quality, though some find it limited and repetitive on longer stays. Breakfast can be added to your reservation when booking or purchased at the reception. The breakfast room is clean and spacious. The hotel's restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch; for other meals, guests can explore the many local eateries within a short walk. A 7-Eleven across the street is useful for snacks and essentials.

The wellness centre offers a range of massages: back, couples, foot, full body, hand, head, and neck, as well as spa/wellness packages. These services come at an extra cost. There is no gym, pool, or other leisure facilities on the property. The hotel's location, however, puts guests within walking distance of many of Bangkok's major attractions, including Khao San Road's nightlife and the Grand Palace.
