Penitents and Vall d'Hebron metro stations are both reachable in under 10 minutes on foot; line 5 (from Vall d'Hebron) brings you directly to Sagrada Familia in about 15 minutes. The property is also 200 metres from the Ronda de Dalt ring road, making car access straightforward, and Barcelona Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car. The surrounding streets are steep, and the immediate area is better suited to metro travel than walking for most attractions. A Lidl supermarket and several restaurants (Bar Plaza Cafe, Noni) are within a 10-15 minute stroll. The Tibidabo amusement park and funicular are a 30-minute walk or short bus ride away.

The property offers several apartment types: a one-bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, lounge-diner with double sofa bed, a furnished terrace, and a 40 m2 private garden; a two-bedroom option with two double beds and two full bathrooms (each ensuite); and a larger extra-spacious apartment with 90 m2 of exclusive garden, one twin and one double room, plus an open-plan lounge-diner with fireplace.
