The guest house sits in a central yet relatively quiet part of Eixample, within easy reach of major sights. La Pedrera is a 5-minute walk, Sagrada Familia is reachable in 10 minutes on foot, and the Gothic Quarter is a short metro ride away. Verdaguer Metro Station (300 m) connects directly to the historic centre and La Barceloneta Beach. Several restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a few blocks, making car-free exploration straightforward. The exact property entrance is not signposted, so using the map or address upon arrival is recommended.

Rooms are available as doubles or triples with a private bathroom, or as economical rooms with the bathroom outside the room but just a few metres away on the corridor. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a fan, a work desk, and free Wi-Fi. No rooms have a balcony, TV, safe, or mini-fridge. Triple rooms can offer three separate beds, sometimes with one bed in a separate small alcove, but the exact configuration is a request subject to availability. Street-facing rooms can experience significant noise from traffic and late-night activity; an interior room, if offered at check-in, provides a noticeably quieter stay. The wardrobe space is limited to about five hangers with no drawers. The entrance to the building requires climbing 20 steps with no lift.

The guest house does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. A shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and communal fridge is accessible from 10:00 to 21:00, where free tea and instant coffee are provided. Basic cups and napkins are not always replenished, and there are no plates, cutlery, or cooking utensils available for guest use. For full meals, the surrounding Eixample streets offer numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés within a 3-minute walk, including Granja Primavera, La Muscleria, and Ristorante Pizzeria Eden.

No on-site wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or fitness room are available. The property offers a shared terrace and garden area, providing a calm outdoor space to sit and rest away from the busy city streets. For active leisure, walking tours and bike rentals (at an additional charge) can be arranged.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Daily housekeeping is provided if towels are placed on the floor, but deeper cleaning is limited. Luggage storage is available free of charge from 11:00 for arrivals before check-in. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are included, and an invoice is provided. Pets are allowed at €12 per night and must always be accompanied by the owner. Safety features include key access and fire extinguishers, but room doors use a simple slide lock that offers limited security. No parking or airport shuttle is available.
