The hostel occupies the 18th floor of Central Plaza, immediately above Iidabashi Subway Station, with JR Iidabashi Station also within a few minutes' walk. Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo stations are 15 minutes by train. The Imperial Palace is a 15-minute walk, and Kagurazaka Street, lined with diverse restaurants and shops, is five minutes on foot. The building itself contains a supermarket, convenience stores, and several dining options on the lower floors, making daily essentials and quick meals very convenient.

Room types include shared dormitories (male 10-bed, female 8-bed and 10-bed) and private options such as twin rooms, quadruple rooms, and a family room with tatami flooring and futons (up to 6 people). Dorm bunks have privacy curtains and individual reading lights. All bathrooms and toilets are shared and located outside the rooms; they are cleaned daily and feature both shower stalls and a women's communal bath. Locker units (79 cm wide, 43 cm deep, 90 cm high) are provided in the rooms, large enough for a suitcase. The family room offers tatami and a seating area, while private rooms include a sofa, heating, and city views. The compact shared kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, and basic cookware for simple meals. The property is non-smoking throughout, has air conditioning, heating, and a lift.

Breakfast availability varies daily, so it is best to confirm with reception upon arrival. The breakfast cost is 770 yen. For other meals, the shared kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery. The building's ground floor has a supermarket, convenience store, and cafes such as Doutor Coffee. Within a five-minute walk, Kagurazaka Street offers a wide variety of restaurants, and several other dining options, including Kinozen and Lantana Shokudo, are within 0.5 km.

The women's bathroom includes a communal bath (typical Japanese onsen style) that is free for all female guests and is ideal for soothing tired legs after a day of walking. There is also a shared lounge and TV area on the 19th floor with seating and views. No swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre is present on the property.
