The immediate area is a quiet office district with several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Mercadona, SuperCo, Aldi) within a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is clean and safe, though the street from the metro involves a slight uphill walk. Taxis to the airport cost around €20, and to Plaza Mayor about €25. Atocha train station is approximately 7 km away.

Rooms are clean and modern but compact, especially triple rooms where opening a sofa bed can block the door. There is no wardrobe, only a hanging rail with six hangers - limited storage for longer stays. No in-room fridge, kettle, or safe. Hairdryers and kettles are available from reception for a €10 deposit. Twin and double rooms offer a quiet street view; triple rooms include a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Beds are generally comfortable but double beds (135 cm) are narrow for two. Soundproofing between rooms is average; corridor noise and doors slamming can be audible. Daily housekeeping is provided but towel changes are not guaranteed daily. Rooms are non-smoking.

Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, meats, cheeses, pastries, bread, jam, juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit - though hot items can sometimes be cold or stale. The menu is consistent each day. Leisure facilities are limited to the shared lounge/TV area and the 24-hour bar. The quiet neighbourhood is suitable for evening walks, and the metro provides quick access to Madrid's main attractions. The hotel's location near business parks also suits corporate stays.
