The hostel is located in the city centre, making it easy to walk to major attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Strøget, the National Museum, and Nyhavn (15-20 minutes). Copenhagen Central Station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct train routes to the airport and beyond. A metro stop is also a short walk away. Bus 5C from the airport stops at Otto Mønsteds Plads, a 2-minute walk from the hostel. A nearby tram stop provides convenient car-free city access. Paid parking is available next to the hostel (190-300 DKK per day), with free parking options 4-5 km away. Several restaurants and a Netto supermarket are within walking distance.

Accommodation ranges from private rooms (single, twin, triple, family, 4-bed, 6-bed) to shared dormitories (6-10 beds). All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Private rooms are exclusive to your party; dormitories are shared with others. Rooms have in-room lockers (bring your own padlock or rent one). Standard rooms check out at 10:00; Standard+ rooms and apartments check out at 12:00 and are on higher floors with better city views. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, washing machine) and a separate living area. Rooms have heating but no air conditioning - windows can be opened for ventilation. Rooms are basic and functional; road-facing rooms may be noisier. Beds and pillows are firm; some bunk beds may creak. Higher floors offer quieter conditions. No rooms have a balcony.

A breakfast buffet is available for 98 DKK per adult (half price for children under 12) and includes bread, meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and coffee. A breakfast bag can be arranged for early departures. The on-site bar serves drinks and has a snack bar with coffee, croissants, and simple options. There is no restaurant. A guest kitchen (fully equipped, 24/7) is available on the ground floor for self-catering. Several restaurants and a Netto supermarket are within a short walk.

Leisure facilities include a games room with billiards and table tennis (free of charge). A children's playroom and an indoor play area are available for families.
