Cleaning standards have been inconsistent in the past; some units have shown worn furniture, dog hair, and stained towels. A washer/dryer combo is inside each unit.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, microwave in studio) for preparing meals. Nearby dining options include Taco Mich (0.5 km), Filiberto's Mexican Food, La Santisima, and others all within 0.5 km. Pro's Ranch Market at 1 km supplies groceries. The property does not have a pool, spa, or fitness room. For outdoor relaxation, guests can use the garden with a firepit and lounge chairs (smoking permitted here). Hiking is available off-site at no cost. The surrounding area offers opportunities for walking and exploring, but all leisure activities require leaving the property.

Free private parking is provided on-site without reservation. A paid airport shuttle ($30 one way) can be arranged, and car hire is available through the property.
