The property sits on a quiet residential street 4-7 minutes on foot from Honjo-Azumabashi Station, served by the Asakusa and Keisei lines. Exit A0 is elevator-equipped, ideal for luggage. From Narita Airport, the Keisei Line reaches the station without transfers; Haneda Airport is about 55 minutes via the Asakusa Line. Tokyo Skytree is a 10-12 minute walk, Senso-ji Temple and the Nakamise shopping street are about 15 minutes on foot, and the nearest subway connection to Shibuya and Shinjuku is a short walk away. A 7-Eleven is less than a minute from the building, and a small supermarket is a 3-minute walk. The area is very quiet at night, with minimal traffic noise.

Rooms are designed as self-contained apartments. They feature a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cooking utensils, plus a separate toilet, a washing machine, and a dining area. Units can be configured with two or three beds, including a sofa bed (dimensions W183xD100xH85 cm) in triple layouts. Rooms facing the street are very quiet due to strong soundproofing; a quiet street view is available. Note that triple-occupancy rooms are compact: there is minimal floor space for open suitcases, and the TV is placed low near the walkway. No wardrobes are provided - a hanging rod is fitted above the headboard. Air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi are standard. The bathroom includes a thermo-ventilator for drying clothes; drying three people's items may require a trip to the nearby 24-hour laundromat (100 yen per 10 minutes). A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided.

Each apartment contains a full kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and utensils, making self-catering straightforward. A 7-Eleven is less than a minute away for groceries and snacks, and a small supermarket is a 3-minute walk. Numerous independent restaurants, bakeries, and cafes are clustered within a 5-10 minute walk around Honjo-Azumabashi Station and along the approach to Tokyo Skytree. The Nakamise shopping street near Senso-ji Temple offers extensive food stalls and casual dining about 15 minutes on foot. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. The quiet residential setting is well suited for relaxed evening walks. Tokyo Skytree and its attached shopping and dining complex are a 10-12 minute walk, and Senso-ji Temple with its bustling Nakamise market is about 15 minutes on foot. Bicycle rental is available nearby for an additional charge, making it easy to explore the Asakusa area and the Sumida River.

Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms. The building has a lift and secure entry with 24-hour CCTV and alarms. There is no front desk or staff on site: check-in is completed using a tablet in the lobby, and all communication is handled via messaging. Luggage storage is free at the entrance before check-in and after check-out; bags can be stored for up to 7 days if a future reservation is confirmed. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge. No telephones are provided in the rooms, and the property cannot accept mailed packages for guests.
