URBAN HEAVEN APARTHOTEL BY UNIQSTAY, Hamburg

The property sits at a busy intersection with a police station adjacent, which means noise from sirens and traffic is common. It is, however, only a 5-minute walk to the UKE hospital and within a 15-minute walk to the U3 subway line. A Rewe supermarket is directly opposite, and a paid public parking lot is 8 minutes away. The surrounding neighbourhood of Eppendorf offers a variety of restaurants and cafés within a 10-minute walk, while Hamburg Fair and Inner Alster Lake are 3 km and 5 km away respectively. The bus stop for line 5 is at the corner, giving direct access to the city centre.

The property itself does not offer wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym. The surrounding area provides opportunities for outdoor activities: Inner Alster Lake (5 km) offers boating, and an ice-skating rink is within walking distance. For daytime relaxation, several parks and green spaces are accessible in the vicinity.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, as well as luggage storage at no extra cost. Check-in is via a self-service code system with private check-in/out, but note that the reception may not be staffed outside regular hours. Room service and a lift are available. Security features include CCTV in common areas and key card access. There is no on-site parking or laundry service, and pets are not allowed. A paid public parking lot is a short walk away.
