Kitsilano Beach is 3 km away, Granville Island is a 30-minute walk or short bus ride, and local supermarkets (Safeway, No Frills) are a 5-10 minute walk. The Vancouver Coal Harbour Seaplane Base is 6 km away. The area is ideal for car-free exploration: free street parking is available, and the quiet residential setting means reliable sleep.

Double rooms are well-proportioned, with parquet floors, a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, and soundproofing. Some rooms offer a balcony with garden views, while others face the street - light sleepers may prefer a garden-view room. Each room has a private bathroom with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a work desk. A shared kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, sink) is available for guest use, though the main kitchen is off-limits. Rooms are in a recently built modern house and are described as spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is served at a communal dining table and changes daily, frequently incorporating omelets and other hot preparations. The menu includes American, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices, and the hosts accommodate dietary preferences on request.
