The location is among the best for stadium and event access, making it a prime choice for concert, hockey, or football attendees. Pacific Central Station is a 5-10 minute cab ride, and the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station is under a 5-minute walk for city-wide transit. Within a two-minute walk are over a dozen restaurants and bars including Ramen Jinya, Frankie's Jazz Club, and Fanny Bay Oyster Bar. A Loblaws grocery store is just over five minutes away, and Robson Street shopping is right outside. The hotel is roughly a CAD $10 Uber ride from the cruise ship terminal and offers easy walking access to many downtown attractions, though it is a 30-40 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic.

Standard rooms include a sink area, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes, making it convenient for storing snacks or medications. The unit offers either one King bed or two Queen beds; a King Suite also includes a kitchenette and a sitting area. Rollaway beds can be added only to King Suites for CAD $30+tax per night.
