The location is among the best for stadium and event access, making it a prime choice for concert, hockey, or football attendees. Pacific Central Station is a 5-10 minute cab ride, and the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station is under a 5-minute walk for city-wide transit. Within a two-minute walk are over a dozen restaurants and bars including Ramen Jinya, Frankie's Jazz Club, and Fanny Bay Oyster Bar. A Loblaws grocery store is just over five minutes away, and Robson Street shopping is right outside. The hotel is roughly a CAD $10 Uber ride from the cruise ship terminal and offers easy walking access to many downtown attractions, though it is a 30-40 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic.

Standard rooms include a sink area, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes, making it convenient for storing snacks or medications. The unit offers either one King bed or two Queen beds; a King Suite also includes a kitchenette and a sitting area. Rollaway beds can be added only to King Suites for CAD $30+tax per night. All rooms are equipped with a safe, ironing facilities, and individual air conditioning and heating. Higher floors provide excellent views of BC Place and the city, particularly corner rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lowest guest floor available is the 4th. Be aware that road-facing rooms can pick up city noise when windows are open, and some rooms near the elevator can experience hallway noise. Rooms do not have a balcony or private bath (only showers in standard bathrooms; some rooms have bathtubs upon request).

The same space transforms into a lounge in the evening with a relaxed vibe. For other meals, the hotel has a bar on site that serves food, including burgers and salads. The surrounding area on Robson Street offers many additional dining options within a short walk.

The fitness centre is open 24 hours and contains a variety of cardio and strength equipment, free weights, and fitness/spa locker rooms. Next to the gym is a hot tub that comfortably fits up to nine people and offers panoramic city views, including of BC Place. An outdoor sundeck terrace with picnic tables provides a space to relax. The same floor also has a table tennis table and foosball, and the games room offers table tennis and foosball for additional fun. Access to the fitness centre and hot tub is free, though a reservation may be required.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with tours, concierge services, and express check-in/out. A cash machine (ATM) is on site. Luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or post-check-out exploration. Self-service laundry is on the 16th floor with coin-operated washers and dryers; detergent can be purchased at the front desk. The 24-hour business centre offers free fax/photocopying and meeting facilities for a fee. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is located on site, as is a barber/beauty shop. The property is wheelchair accessible, with grab rails in accessible rooms and public areas. The entire hotel is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area outside.
