The metro entrance is directly in front of the hotel, providing access to multiple lines including RER for direct trains to Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle Airport. Major attractions like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Pompidou Centre are within 10 minutes' walk. The area is lively with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, but street noise and nearby bar activity can be significant, especially at night. A construction site opposite may affect views and daytime noise. Despite this, the location is exceptionally convenient for exploring Paris.

Rooms are clean and functional but compact, especially the bathrooms with very small shower cubicles. Comfort rooms offer slightly more floor space. All rooms have heating, soundproofed windows, and a fan (no air conditioning). Daily housekeeping and towel changes are included. Some rooms feature a fridge and kettle. Noise insulation between rooms is limited; street-facing rooms can be noisy from bars and traffic. The lift is small and there are five steps to reach it. Rooms face avenue Victoria with no Seine views. Recent renovations have updated some areas, but overall decor and carpets show wear.
