VICTORS ROOMS - HABITACIONES PRIVADAS EN MI ACOGEDOR CHALET, Madrid

The neighbourhood around Las Rosas is a safe and quiet residential area, a marked contrast to the busy tourist centre. Two metro stations (L2 at Las Rosas and another line) are within a 5-10 minute walk, connecting you directly to Puerta del Sol in about 30 minutes. The property is just 5 km from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, a 10-15 minute drive or short Uber ride. IFEMA is 7 km away, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and El Retiro Park are 10 km away. The Riyadh Metropolitano stadium is a 15-minute walk, making this an ideal spot for a match. Many local restaurants, bars, and a well-stocked supermarket (Mercadona) are a short walk away, so you don't need to head into the centre for everyday needs.

Victors Rooms offers a range of private rooms inside a family chalet, each equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services (Netflix). Rooms include a wardrobe and work desk, with options for private or shared bathrooms. The spacious family room (4 beds) features a hot tub, seating area, and a terrace with garden views, plus a private bathroom with a bath. Double and triple rooms with shared bathrooms are also available, all with patio access. Rooms are described as comfortable and quiet, with ample storage, and the quieter residential setting means road noise is minimal. The host keeps shared areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) cleaned each morning, and the shower quality is noted as excellent. For events at the nearby stadium, a room with private bathroom offers convenience comparable to a hotel.

The host offers a full continental-style breakfast for €10 per person, served in the cozy shared kitchen. The spread typically includes fresh fruits, a selection of meats and cheeses, breads or crackers, cereals, and high-quality filter coffee. Breakfast must be requested in advance. The surrounding area has numerous dining options within a 5-minute walk, including Calle Suecia with its bars and restaurants, as well as a Mercadona supermarket for self-catering. For those attending a match, several eateries are near the stadium as well.

Guests have free access to a fitness centre in the basement, along with a hot tub in the family room (available as a room feature) and a spa bath. Outdoors, the property offers a garden, terrace, outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and BBQ facilities (available for a surcharge). Board games and puzzles are also provided. These amenities are best suited for relaxing between outings or after an event at the nearby stadium.

Key services include free WiFi in all areas, private on-site parking (€15/day, reservation required), and free street parking. Pets are allowed with applicable charges. A shared kitchen and lounge/TV area are available, and guests can store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The host can coordinate early check-in and late arrival with notice. For business travellers, a work desk is provided in each room. The property uses key access and smoke alarms for security, and an invoice is provided upon request. Cots can be arranged, and the shared spaces are cleaned daily.
