Located on the edge of the business district, the property is in a quiet area with easy rail and metro access. JR Kanda Station (Yamanote Line) is a 5-minute walk, and Otemachi Subway Station is similarly close, offering direct connections across the city. Tokyo Station, a major shinkansen hub, is a 15-minute walk away. The Imperial Palace is a 15-minute stroll, Asakusa is reachable via a 20-minute subway ride, and Akihabara is within walking distance. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, a 7-Eleven is next door, and a supermarket is 100 metres across the road. For airport transfers, the limousine bus from Narita/Haneda stops at Tokyo Station, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The quiet, office-dominated neighbourhood means fewer crowds but still excellent connectivity.

Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a hairdryer, electric kettle with green tea bags, nightwear, slippers and toothbrush sets. A flat-screen TV with video-on-demand channels is standard, and free wired internet is available. For the best experience, request a 'renewal room' - these were renovated in 2022 and are generally in better condition. Twin rooms have two beds (90 cm wide each), while double rooms have a bed size of 140 x 200 cm. Some twin rooms include a sofa bed, and some have tatami flooring. Note that connecting rooms and extra beds are not available. Rooms are on the smaller side, typical for Tokyo, and some twin rooms are very compact. Bed firmness can be high; extra pillows are available on request. A trouser press can be borrowed from reception. Some units offer a microwave (in lobby area) and a kitchenette in select twin rooms.

Breakfast is served as a continental buffet; the selection is basic and may not suit all palates. There is no on-site restaurant, bar or room service, but the surrounding area offers many dining options. A street with numerous restaurants is a 50-metre walk away, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store next door. For self-catering, a microwave is available in the lobby on the first floor, and each room has an electric kettle. Coffee and tea sachets are provided free in the room. For a wider meal choice, the many eateries near Kanda Station are a short walk.

The only wellness facility is an on-site massage service, offered at an extra cost. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. For leisure activities, the hotel is within walking distance of the Imperial Palace gardens and the Akihabara district. The quiet business-district location makes it a practical base for city exploration rather than a resort-style stay.
