The hotel sits steps from Nitenmon Gate and Hozomon Gate, placing Senso-ji temple within easy reach. The neighbourhood feels calm and safe, with a 7-Eleven around the corner and several restaurants, cafés and convenience stores within a few minutes' walk. Asakusa Station is about a 10-minute stroll, giving direct access to the Ginza Line for connections across Tokyo. Haneda Airport is 24 km away, best reached by train (Keisei Line to Asakusa Station). The quiet street ensures minimal street noise, while still being centrally located for exploring the city. At night, Senso-ji is beautifully lit and easily accessible.

Room types include double, twin (with two 120 cm beds plus an optional 90 cm bed), quadruple, and dormitory-style bunk-bed rooms - all fully private (not shared). Some twin rooms feature a tatami seating area and offer slightly more floor space. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a bath, shower and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body gel). Soundproof walls and carpeted floors help keep rooms quiet. For extra comfort, guests can choose from a selection of pillows at the lobby (first-come, first-served). Note that rooms can be compact, especially for three adults; those needing more space may prefer a twin with tatami or a family bunk-bed room. A limited number of rooms are wheelchair accessible with grab rails and emergency cords.

No breakfast is offered on site. However, the lobby features a complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine available during certain hours, along with a drinks vending machine. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk, including ramen, okonomiyaki and grilled options. A coffee shop on the ground floor is separate from the hotel. Guests who prefer a full morning meal may purchase from nearby bakeries or convenience stores. The hotel also provides free bottled water daily in rooms.
