VILLA LUXEMBOURG, Paris

Situated on Boulevard du Montparnasse, the hotel offers excellent public transport connections: Metro line 4 and RER B are within a short walk, providing direct routes to Gare du Nord, Châtelet, and both Paris airports. The lively Montparnasse district is filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Major sights such as the Luxembourg Gardens, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the Panthéon are reachable on foot in under 30 minutes. The neighbourhood is safe and well-connected, making it a practical base for sightseeing. Street parking and a nearby public car park are available for drivers.

Accommodation ranges from single and twin rooms to family suites (two connecting rooms). While rooms are compact, each includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave; kitchenware is available for an additional fee. Bathrooms are private and come with a bathtub and hairdryer. Soundproofed rooms help reduce street noise, though rooms facing the boulevard may still hear some traffic. Many units have city views, and some on the top floor have balconies. The decor is dated, but rooms are generally clean. Air conditioning is present in some rooms but its functionality can be inconsistent; consider requesting a room with reliable cooling if visiting during summer.
