The Executive Hotel Vintage Court is within 2 blocks of Union Square for shopping and dining, 5 minutes on foot from the Chinatown entrance, and 12 minutes from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Powell Street BART station is 5 blocks away (BART is 6 blocks from the hotel entrance), and Caltrain is over 2 km distant. The cable car stop at Powell & Bush is a 2-minute walk, providing direct access to Fisherman's Wharf. Several restaurants and cafes are steps away, including Sears Fine Food and Maru Sushi. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, though some hills are present. For airport access, BART, rideshares ($31-45), or the public shuttle ($19/person) are the best options - the hotel does not operate its own shuttle.

Room types range from standard queen/double rooms to suites with separate living areas and 2 bathrooms. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, minibar, refrigerator, coffee machine, and safe. Some rooms have large bay windows and are notably spacious, while others are compact and may show wear (dated furniture, mismatched decor, worn carpets). Window-mounted air conditioning units can be noisy, and single-glazed windows allow street and hallway sound. Rooms on the quiet side of the building are recommended. A few rooms have the sink outside the bathroom. Linens and towels are clean and changed as needed, but daily housekeeping incurs a US$40 fee unless the room is not serviced. Earplugs are provided. Rollaway beds are not available in rooms already with 2 beds.

Breakfast is offered from 7:00 to 10:00 and includes scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, cereals, oatmeal, fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Variety changes daily, and quality is generally satisfactory but basic. The restaurant is open for dinner from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Breakfast uses disposable plates and cutlery. The lobby also provides fresh water with citrus and, at certain times, complimentary wine. For those wanting additional options, Union Square and Chinatown offer many nearby restaurants.

The fitness centre is open to all guests and includes a treadmill, stationary bike, and some weights - sufficient for a standard workout. There is no pool, spa, or sauna on site. Board games and puzzles are available at the front desk for quiet leisure.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, though speed can be inconsistent (particularly on upper floors). The 24-hour front desk can assist with tour desk, concierge, and luggage storage (free).
