The immediate neighbourhood offers several restaurants, bars, and kosher dining options, as well as a supermarket open on Sunday at Praterstern station. The Donaukanal is 250 metres away, providing a pleasant walking route along the canal. The street itself can be noisy at night due to a homeless shelter opposite, so lighter sleepers may prefer rooms away from the front.

There are five double rooms and four spacious suites, each uniquely styled and named. Room sizes are generous (35-55 m2), and interconnecting rooms are available on request. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and towel dryer. In-room amenities feature a work desk, wardrobe, cable TV, Nespresso coffee machine, tea/coffee maker, minibar, safe, and iron. The suites add a separate living area with a sofa bed.
