VOX DESIGN SELF CHECK IN, Vienna

The location is highly practical: the city centre, including St. Stephen's Cathedral and the State Opera, is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes or by one tram/underground stop. The Schottenring station connects to both U2 and U4 lines, making travel from the main train stations (Westbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof, Praterstern) straightforward (10-20 minutes). The immediate neighbourhood offers several restaurants, bars, and kosher dining options, as well as a supermarket open on Sunday at Praterstern station. The Donaukanal is 250 metres away, providing a pleasant walking route along the canal. The street itself can be noisy at night due to a homeless shelter opposite, so lighter sleepers may prefer rooms away from the front.

The hotel offers a breakfast-in-room service, delivering selected items to your room at a scheduled time. For other meals, the area around the hotel provides a variety of dining choices: Pizza Mari, Schöne Perle, Flugfisch, and Kokos are all within 500 metres, serving Austrian, international, and kosher cuisine. A supermarket (Billa) at Praterstern station is open on Sunday for self-catering. Apart from room service for breakfast, there is no on-site restaurant or bar; afternoon or evening meals are best taken in the neighbourhood.

The hotel does not have a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure facilities. However, the location makes it easy to enjoy Vienna's offerings: Augarten Park (300 metres) is ideal for walks and relaxation, the Donaukanal waterfront is a short stroll, and many museums, concerts, and events (including the Film Festival at Rathausplatz) are accessible by foot or public transport. For active recreation, open-air swimming pools and bike rental can be arranged through the hotel's concierge services.

Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the property. The hotel provides a self check-in system using a key safe box, with codes sent on the day of arrival. Reception is staffed from 09:00 to 18:00; outside these hours, the property can be reached by phone (room phone dial 100). A concierge service can help with concert tickets, car rental, airport transfers (pre-booked VOX car in 25-35 minutes), and bike rental. Daily light cleaning is performed between 09:00-12:30, including towel changes. Luggage storage is available during office hours. There is no 24-hour reception or full room cleaning service, and the property has no lift. Payment is accepted by Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, and MasterCard. No pets are allowed.
