The building is set back from the main street in a courtyard, providing a quieter retreat. A supermarket is located directly across the street for supplies.

Room types include one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments have one separate bedroom plus a living room with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The two-bedroom apartments offer two separate bedrooms.
