The hotel sits in a calm neighborhood within a 10-15 minute walk of Shimbashi Station (JR Yamanote Line), Onarimon Station (Toei Mita Line), Daimon Station, and Hamamatsucho Station. Hamamatsucho offers direct monorail service to Haneda Airport (15-20 minutes). Tokyo Tower is a 10-minute walk, and Ginza is about 12 minutes on foot. The area provides numerous restaurants, bars, and convenience stores, while the immediate surroundings remain quiet for restful sleep. Access from Narita Airport is straightforward via the Keisei Narita Line to Daimon Station (10-minute walk from hotel).

Choose between small double rooms (140cm bed) for solo travelers or couples, and twin rooms with two separate beds. Twin rooms accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children under 9; small doubles hold 2 adults and 1 child under 9. All rooms include a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, pajamas, refrigerator, work desk, electric kettle, satellite TV, and heating. Some rooms have windows that partially open. Room sizes are very compact - the small double can be tight for two people with large suitcases. The interior is functional with some wear evident in older units. Air conditioning is provided but may be noisy. No connecting rooms are available.

Breakfast is a simple, complimentary take-away bag of bread and pastries available at the front desk each morning. The lobby features self-service drink machines offering coffee, tea, juice, and sometimes soup until midnight.
