The hotel is at 209 Yonge Street, directly opposite the Eaton Centre. Queen subway station is at the front door, providing direct access to Union Station for airport rail links. Toronto's underground PATH system is accessible 4 steps from the entrance, offering a climate-controlled route to shops and offices. The Financial District is a 10-minute walk away, and the Scotiabank Arena, Dundas Square, and St. Lawrence Market are within comfortable walking distance. Private parking is available in the Eaton Centre parkade across the street.

Each suite is a private apartment of at least 70 m², with a separate living room, dining area, and one or two bedrooms. Most layouts include two full bathrooms, including an en-suite. Kitchens feature a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. En-suite laundry provides a washer and dryer, with detergent supplied. All suites have air conditioning, soundproofed walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two flat-screen TVs. Select rooms include a balcony-available in four specific suites (Loft, Elgin and Wintergarden, Eaton, Massey)-and some offer city views. Suites are cleaned every 7 days for longer stays, with daily housekeeping available for free. The 3rd-floor City View Patio is open 24/7 for all guests to use.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar, but each suite has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing meals. The Eaton Centre is directly across the street and offers a large food court with diverse cuisines (e.g., Sbarro, Manchu Wok, Baskin-Robbins). Within a 5-minute walk are several restaurants such as Firkin on Yonge (British fare, family-friendly, vegetarian/vegan options) and Crepe Delicious. Groceries and convenience items are available at the adjacent Circle K. A convenience store is two buildings away.
