The hotel sits directly on Piccadilly Circus, with Prince of Wales Theatre a 1-minute walk away and Sondheim Theatre 200 metres from the entrance. Trafalgar Square is 700 metres on foot, and Prince Edward Theatre is a 5-minute stroll. The Piccadilly Underground Station is opposite, providing a direct route from Heathrow Airport on the dark blue line without changes. Dozens of restaurants - including steak houses, Italian, ramen, and diners - are within a 5-minute radius. The area is busy with tourists and late-night activity, particularly on weekends. London City Airport is 15 km away; Heathrow is accessible via the direct Piccadilly line.

Each capsule offers a single bed, storage shelf, and television, plus USB and Type-C charging ports. The internal dimensions are suitable for tall individuals, and the mattress is comfortable. The capsule's privacy shutter can be locked from the inside; an external padlock (bring your own or buy at reception) is needed to secure it when you leave. The dormitory rooms are mixed-gender or female-only (bookable separately) and contain many capsules stacked two high. Sound insulation between capsules is minimal - movements, conversations, and door noises from adjacent capsules and the dormitory are clearly audible. The capsule design does not include space for a suitcase inside; luggage must be stored on the bed or left in the dormitory, where it is not lockable. The air conditioning and ventilation fan can be noisy; the capsule gets warm without it. Capsules do not have windows. The room has heating and soundproofed walls, but the overall noise level depends heavily on other occupants, who may arrive or leave at any hour.

The property does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or kitchen. Near the reception, a food court area and seating are available, and vending machines sell snacks, drinks, and toiletries. For a full meal or grocery items, the surrounding streets offer dozens of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within a short walk - including Italian, Japanese, steak houses, and fast-food options.

WiFi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers assistance in English; check-in and check-out are quick. Luggage storage is available for a fee (£15 per bag, with no time limit) and can be used before check-in on the day of arrival. There is no communal lounge or workspace - the only seating is in the reception area. Showers and toilets are shared, located on each floor, with approximately one shower per ten people. Toilets may lack paper at busy times, and some showers may have limited water pressure or require pressing a button every few seconds. Towels are provided on check-in day; replacement towels cost £5.
