Walking to Canary Wharf takes about 20 minutes via the river path, but the walk from the Canary Wharf pier to the station is a further 10-15 minutes. London City Airport is 30 minutes by car. The nearby Dock X venue in Canada Water (Minecraft experience, Legend of the Titanic exhibition) is less than 10 minutes away. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, but the hotel's location is best for those who prefer a ferry commute or have a car; it is not walkable to central London attractions.

Many rooms have city or river views, but the photos on booking sites do not accurately reflect the current condition of the rooms.
