Elephant & Castle Overground station is 5 minutes on foot, the Underground station is 7 minutes away, and Kennington station is 10 minutes away. A bus stop is right outside, providing frequent routes to the city centre, Leicester Square, and Oxford Street. The area has a Tesco supermarket, McDonald's (open 24 hours), and several eateries such as Ossie's Jerk Chicken and Mama Thai within a 5-minute walk. Walkable landmarks include Tate Modern, the National Theatre, Imperial War Museum, London Aquarium, Shakespeare's Globe, and the Ministry of Sound (all within 2 km).

Bunk beds have curtains for privacy, individual reading lights, and two power sockets. Under-bed lockers are provided (bring your own padlock). Private rooms include a 40-inch LCD TV, tea/coffee facilities, and towels. Triple rooms have a double bed with a single above, and quadruple rooms offer four bunk beds; both can be booked privately. Dorm rooms are cleaned daily and bed linen is supplied. Some rooms face the street and may experience noise, while others are quieter. No rooms have balconies. Air conditioning is available in the family room; other rooms have fans or heating. Request a lower bunk via a note on the booking if needed.

Breakfast includes fresh pastries, bread, and hot drinks; the buffet is replenished until closing time. The bar and lounge area offers beer on tap, ciders, cocktails, and a 15% discount on food and drinks for residents. A snack bar and vending machines are also available. The hostel does not have a kitchen for guest use, but there is a Tesco supermarket next door and several fast-food and takeaway options nearby. Breakfast must be booked as an add-on - check availability during the reservation.

The property has a pool table, and hosts happy hour, live music/performances, and pub crawls (some at additional cost). Evening entertainment and live sport events are free. Outdoor seating is available in the garden, with a terrace. There is no spa, swimming pool, or gym. A shared lounge/TV area provides a space to relax.

The 24-hour front desk offers key card access, an ATM/cash machine, and safety security including CCTV, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Luggage storage is chargeable: £3 per item for drop-off before check-in or after checkout. A laundry service and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available, as is daily housekeeping. The meeting room on the lower ground floor can be hired for banquets or business use. Parking is not available, and no airport shuttle is provided. Pets are not allowed.
