The hotel sits on a busy main road directly next to a metro and tram stop, making car-free exploration of Prague straightforward. Wenceslas Square and the National Museum are a 10-minute walk away; the Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, and main tourist zones are within 20 minutes on foot. The Main Train Station is 7 minutes by metro, and Vyšehrad Castle is 1 km away. Several cafés and casual restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and a 24-hour shop is nearby for essentials. The area is well lit and feels safe for evening walks.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, an electronic security lock, and a work desk. Rooms are small - limited space for opening large suitcases - with carpeted floors and basic furniture. A safe is available for an extra charge. There is no mini fridge or kettle in the room; hot water can be requested at reception. Road-facing rooms are affected by traffic noise and street light, especially on lower floors; rooms at the back are quieter. A fan can be borrowed at reception during summer since air conditioning is not functional. The older building has dated decor and worn carpets. Windows can be opened for ventilation on warmer days.

Breakfast is a buffet featuring scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, pastries, cereals, and hot drinks.
