Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a 300-metre radius. Taxi to the airport costs a flat 20€. The area feels safe and well-lit at night. For those driving, underground parking is available but limited.

Single rooms are particularly compact. Some rooms have windows with electric shutters that block light but may limit natural ventilation. Rooms facing interior courtyards tend to be quieter.
