The aparthotel sits in a lively student area, 1.5km from both Perrache railway station and Place Bellecour. Part-Dieu station is a 15-minute tram ride from the nearest stop (200m). Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 19km away. Lyon II and III universities, Sciences Po, and several hospitals are within a short walk, making this an ideal base for academic or business stays. The area is safe, with many cafés, bars, supermarkets (Auchan, U Express) and a Lidl nearby. The tram line provides efficient access to the city centre, the Tête d'Or park and the main train stations.

Room types include studios (twin or double) and duplex apartments. Duplex units have the bathroom and single bed downstairs, and a double bed upstairs in an open mezzanine - the upstairs area is not closed off, so may not suit those requiring separate bedrooms. Ground-floor rooms are available on request. All units have a kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils, and a dining table. Air conditioning is present but only cools the lower level in duplex units (the upstairs relies on a fan). Rooms vary in condition; some have been described as practical and spacious, while others show signs of age. Soundproofing is moderate - road-facing upper-floor rooms near the lift machinery can be noisy at night. Bed linen and towels are provided, and free tea/coffee is replenished daily.

The breakfast buffet includes croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread, cheese, cold meats, yogurt, fruit, hot drinks, and an egg cooker. Breakfast is served in a small dedicated area; guests collect their tray and clear it themselves. Availability is sometimes limited during peak hours. For self-catering, the in-room kitchenette is equipped for preparing meals. The surrounding streets are packed with affordable restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and bakeries, including several options (King Marcel, Le Kitchen Cafe) literally next door.
