The hostel sits in the Akasaka area, a 4-minute walk from Akasaka Biz Tower shops and dining and 500 metres from the Kaishu Katsu & Ryoma Sakamoto monument. Three metro lines are within a 5-minute radius, making Shibuya, Shinjuku and Roppongi reachable in under 30 minutes. Haneda Airport is 15 km away. The immediate streets are lined with a wide range of restaurants - including Itamae Sushi, Koetsu and The Pink Cow - and convenience stores are nearby. The area is predominantly business-oriented, so it is noticeably quieter in the evenings than tourist-heavy districts, yet still well connected for late-night returns.

Rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking. Each bed has a privacy curtain and a lockable box for small valuables; larger luggage can be stored on shared shelves on the floor. The bunk mattress is foam - some find it firm or sagged, while others describe it as comfortable. Room ventilation is limited, and the air conditioning is centrally controlled, often set very cold, so bringing a sweater or extra layer is advisable. Noise levels are high due to thin walls and other travellers coming and going at all hours - earplugs are recommended. Bed linen is provided but you must make the bed yourself. The shared bathrooms on each floor include showers with shampoo, conditioner and soap, but no hand towels in the washbasin area.

The shared kitchen on the first floor includes a fridge, stove, microwave and toaster - suitable for preparing simple meals. Free tea and coffee are sometimes available. The surrounding streets are packed with casual and mid-range restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk, including sushi, ramen, izakaya and international options such as The Pink Cow. Breakfast is not offered, but convenience stores within a few minutes' walk sell pastries, onigiri and drinks. Towel rental costs 100 yen, and laundry is available for an additional fee.

The first-floor lounge has a TV, board games and a kitchenette, and is designed for meeting other travellers. It can become crowded in the evenings, which may make it less suitable for quiet calls or work. No other wellness or fitness facilities are available on-site. The quiet local streets and proximity to parks and the Akasaka business district offer pleasant walking routes, though the hostel itself is focused on budget accommodation and socialising rather than leisure amenities.

Wi-Fi is free throughout and generally reliable, though connectivity can be weaker on upper floors. Luggage can be dropped off from 10:00 on check-in day and stored after check-out - both are free and handy for early arrivals or late departures. A laundry service is available for a fee. The property has 24-hour security, CCTV and smoke alarms. Reception hours are 10:00-21:00; after 21:00 self-check-in with a code sent the day before. No parking is available. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) are provided in the showers, but towels are rented separately. Hairdryers are available in the bathroom area.
