The hotel sits in the Minato business area, a short 3-4 minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station (JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Monorail) and a similar distance from Daimon Station (Toei Asakusa Line). This makes airport transfers straightforward: the monorail reaches Haneda Airport in about 15 minutes, while the Yamanote Line connects to Tokyo, Shibuya, and Shinjuku without changes. The immediate neighbourhood is calm and business-oriented, with a high concentration of restaurants, three convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven), and several cafés within a few blocks. Ginza is a 20-25 minute walk away. The area is pedestrian-friendly and well-lit, though quieter at night.

Rooms range from double and twin options to larger family rooms with up to four beds. Standard double and twin rooms are very compact - suitable for one or two people travelling with minimal luggage, but with limited space to open large suitcases. Twin rooms tend to offer slightly more floor area than doubles. The largest family rooms (up to 4 beds) provide generous space, including a separate entry area and a proper dining table. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries; the shower quality is consistently noted as excellent, with strong water pressure and a spacious cubicle. In most rooms, the sink is located in the bedroom rather than inside the bathroom. Other facilities: air conditioning (centrally controlled in some areas), heating, electric kettle, refrigerator, trouser press, flat-screen TV, and slippers. No telephones or international TV channels. No daily cleaning for longer stays on the ECO plan, though fresh towels, pyjamas, and slippers are available at the front desk.

These are the only leisure facilities; there is no swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, or jacuzzi. For exercise, the surrounding neighbourhood is walkable, and Shiba Park is a short distance away.
