Located in the heart of Tokyo, the hotel sits a two-minute walk from Shimbashi Station (JR Yamanote Line, Ginza Metro, Toei Subway) and a three-minute walk from Uchisaiwaicho Station. This central position puts Ginza's shopping and dining within a 10-15 minute walk. The surrounding area is filled with izakayas, restaurants, and bars, and a 24-hour Family Mart is on the ground floor. For airport access, Shimbashi Station provides direct trains to Haneda via Keikyu Line and to Narita via Keisei Skyliner with a transfer at Nippori. The location is ideal for both sightseeing and business, with many convenience stores and services within a block.

Rooms are typical business-hotel size; twin rooms offer two single beds, while double rooms have one double or queen-size bed. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, electric kettle, carpeted floor, pajamas, slippers, and toiletries. Some rooms overlook the train tracks (which can be noisy) or the adjacent building; rooms away from the tracks are quieter. Superior Double rooms can be connected to form a two-room suite, but availability is limited. No rooms have balconies. Rooms facing the railway line allow train viewing but come with significant noise from 4:45 am to midnight. For more space, consider a twin room or the superior double. The annexe deluxe double rooms are a 10-second walk from the main building and face either the tracks or a neighbouring building.

The hotel offers two restaurants: Otoya (Japanese) and LAD's DE WINE (European), both serving breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 (last order 9:30). Breakfast options include a Japanese set meal, a Western-style set, or a voucher redeemable for ¥800 worth of items at the Family Mart downstairs. The Japanese breakfast is a simple authentic set; the Western restaurant offers egg dishes. For other meals, the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, izakayas, and convenience stores within a few minutes' walk. No lunch or dinner service is available at the hotel itself.
