The École Militaire metro station (line 8) is 300 metres from the hotel, providing quick access to the Louvre, Opéra and Montparnasse. From Gare du Nord, take line 5 to République, then line 8 to École Militaire (14 stations total). The RER C line is also walking distance, making direct trips to Versailles or Orly airport straightforward. For longer journeys, the area feels safe to explore on foot even late in the evening.

Standard rooms measure approximately 17 m2 including the bathroom - compact but functional for city stays. Classic rooms have been recently renovated and overlook the quiet courtyard with a magnolia tree. Superior rooms offer a larger 180x200 cm bed compared to the 160x190 cm in Standard and Classic rooms, and some can accommodate a rollaway bed. Rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee facilities and a safety deposit box. Select Standard and Superior rooms on upper floors offer a partial Eiffel Tower view over rooftops for an extra charge. Balconies are limited to small stand-only ledges on the 5th floor without seating. Some rooms have an adjoining layout (next to each other, no internal door). Road-facing rooms may experience street noise, while courtyard rooms are quieter. Windows can be opened for fresh air. Bathrooms include a bath or shower and a hairdryer; some have twin sinks.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, yogurt and hot drinks. It operates as a set service: items run out and are not always replenished close to the end time - arriving early is advisable. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the hotel offers a snack bar, wine/champagne for purchase and complimentary afternoon snacks.
